- We are looking for a Customer Centric Officer to join our company.
- In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with piece of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match local expertise with strict global standards, making sure we consistently make our customers’ port calls as efficient and safe as possible.
- The Customer Centric Officer will report to the Customer Relationship Assistant Manager.
- Who are you:
- You are to assist in the Maritime Logistics team.
- You shall have a Diploma in Business Administration with a minimum 1 year of shipping experience and have a service mindset.
What you will be doing:
- Provide a single point of contact for Inquiries/Bookings. Ensure that enquiries are handled in a professional, proactive way within the KPIs.
- Strive to delight customers with meticulous follow up and ensuring all their concerns are well received and executed.
- Strive to increase the enquiry hit rates and keep a record of all inquiries received and reason of lost enquiries.
- Ensure that all enquiries are handled without delay and keeping tabs on customers performance.
- Pro-active cooperation with Operations and Sales at all levels to build a global team spirit pulling in the same direction.
- Engage actively in finding solutions to customer’s challenges and act as partner in all dealings with customers.
- Support maintenance of relationships with operations personnel both internally and externally.
- Be an active team player and consistently seeking improvement in work processes.
- Working within the company’s compliance and governance.
