**What you will be doing...**
- Maintain a good relationship with VIP accounts
- Execute VIP management policies and procedures
- Scout potential users, agencies, and broadcasters
- Negotiate and close deals with agencies and broadcasters
- Provide excellent customer service to VIP accounts, including creating and/or updating their profiles, and addressing their questions and/or concerns
- Perform data analysis and come up with suggestions to scale our business

**What we are looking for...**
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with users and quickly grasp the issues they’re facing
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership
- Think outside of the box and have courage to take risks
- Prior operations experience in the live streaming industry is preferred
- Being bilingual in Chinese and English is a plus
