The Senior Digital Project Manager is accountable for delivering owned platform digital experiences across multiple channels and markets in the APAC region.

This requires a solid background in project/programme management and a good understanding of digital experiences and martech in order to effectively collaborate with team members (onsite and remote), advise clients, delivery projects and successfully implement the programme aligned with global WPP operational strategy.

The Digital Experience Operations Manager may be responsible for managing multiple markets within their region, and may work with other Experience Operations Managers to coordinate efforts across larger regions. This role is key in implementing the new ACME operations model and ensuring smooth delivery of digital experiences.

**Key responsibilities**:

- In-depth understanding of the client's digital experience platforms, including CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) and CRM platforms, in order to advise stakeholders and effectively deliver projects
- Forecast planning - managing project forecast with different markets in the region, working with internal and client stakeholders to estimate project size, complexity and key dates to aid long-term planning of resources
- Scope of work definition - working with other clients and internal stakeholders to define scope of work and requirements
- Briefing - translating requirements into a clear production brief to be used by delivery teams
- Timeline planning - regularly updated timelines with clear milestones, dependencies and assignees
- Project communication - clear and prompt communications to markets regarding experience delivery, including scope, lead time, risks and go-live date
- Programme communications - communication of updates regarding issue resolution, digital operations delivery changes, or delivery escalations
- Operational improvements - Recommendations for specific changes/nuance to be reflected in regional operating model
- Change management - implementation of operating model changes as defined by central convergence team

**Skills required**:

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to work well with others and build strong relationships with clients and internal team members of varying seniority
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to defining scope of work, creating briefing documents, and ensuring quality of overall digital experience
- Working experience and knowledge of digital experience delivery and the tools and technologies used in this field, including Adobe Experience Manager and CRM platforms
- Experience with change management and the ability to identify areas for operational improvement
- Familiarity with the APAC region and its markets, including an understanding of cultural differences and local market trends.
