
Contract Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Identifies new business opportunities by identifying prospects within the industry
- Establish strong rapport with customers through engagement of visitation and networking events
- Presentation on company profile and provide constant updates with customers
- Responsible for negotiating and ensuring on-time contract renewal for assigned customers
- Administer existing and new service contract agreements
- Ensure quality of service is maintained aligning to IMS and BCM requirements
- Work with QC department to follow up on customers’ feedback
- Coordinate with relevant internal divisions for contract execution
- Coordinate and manage supporting vendors
- Preparation of proposal for new and confirmed contracts
- Conduct process of purchase orders
- Scheduling monthly visitation list and updating pipelines in CRM system
- Any other duties assigned by Managers & Head of Service Division
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of a sales process, general corporate business practices, commercial contracting standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and at all levels of the organization
- Good time-management, prioritization, organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrates ability to consistently undertake contract review, drafting and negotiation without external inputs
- Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments.
- Detail-oriented, sound judgement, organized and flexible
- Effectively communicate and work as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude and collaborating with team members and managers on assigned tasks
- Demonstrates ability to utilize available training materials to develop general or specific knowledge
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office
