**Responsibilities**:

- Report to Customer Service Manager
- Provide admin support for sales team
- Attend to customers' enquiries
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, picking list and etc
- Process sales order for customers
- Liaise with various department (Warehouse, Purchasing, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Provide positive customer interface in coordinating the resolution of all customer issues
- General administrative duties (Eg: Filing, Photocopying document)
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by manager

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- With 1-2 years of sales support experience
- Willing to work in Boon Lay Area
- Required to work alternate Saturday
