You will be part of the team that oversees Learning and Engagement activities in TAL. The team is responsible for spearheading capability development and engagement initiatives to build a competent, engaged and agile workforce to sustain TAL’s transformation efforts and business needs.
- Support in planning and management of Learning & Engagement (L&E) activities, such as planning orientation/engagement event schedules and venues, records keeping and learning reports.
- Co-lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and build a positive company culture.
- Main system administrator for e-learning platforms and maintain the relevance and integrity of the employee data.
- Use learning analytics to understand, influence organisation learning behaviour and support the co-creation of learning and development strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of human resources experience in learning and engagement preferred.
- Familiar with learning platforms such as Vyond, Articulate 360 and EdApp preferred.
- ACTA/ACLP and IHRP preferred.
- Possess analytical, data management, stakeholder engagement/management, project management and interpersonal skills (including influencing, negotiating and facilitation skills).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A team player, resourceful and able to multitask.
