**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the Company’s monthly payroll process, staff income tax declaration, maintenance and upgrading of the HRIS payroll system;
2. Assist in the preparation of annual HR budget planning, monitor the monthly and yearly HR expenses utilisation against the budget;
3. Assist in the employee benefit management, including employee leave management, employee insurance and procurement of other benefits;
4. Keep abreast of the local HR related regulations, policies and market information, participate in internal and external HR related investigations, compensation & benefits statistics and coordinate with related audit matters;
5. Assist in the preparation of compensation & benefits related policies and implementation plans, as well as drafting and approving process of the BOD (Board of Directors) and RC (Remuneration Committee) documents;
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of HR.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor in Human Resource Management/related field or equivalent;
2. **Min. 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits (including payroll processing), experience in public listed companies will be an advantage;**

3. Excellent people skills and communication skills, and good knowledge in local labour laws, including Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act (EFMA) and other statutory programs;
4. Proficient in MS Office and IT savvy, familiar with Timesoft will be an advantage;
5. Hands-on and execution-focused attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
6. Willing to work in a challenging, fast paced environment and to adapt to situations as they arise;
7. Strong attention to details and effective analytical skills with ability to understand complex information;
8. Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
9. Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
10. **Possess excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents whenever appropriate).
