**Your new role**

This Senior Leadership human capital (HR) role, based in Singapore HQ, requires an effective leader with the experience to build teams and work across functions in a manufacturing environment.

This role, reports directly to the CEO of the Group, will work closely with business leaders/ leadership team(s) to deploy people programs and provide strategic HR Partner guidance and support to the local HR teams globally.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum bachelor degree with 10 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to successfully manage HR teams.
- Comfortable working in matrix environment
- Knowledge of compliance applicable to HR processes and programs
- Experience in listed entities, strong international exposure especially in relocation and expatriate management.
