**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner
- Responsible for the recruitment activities for contract staff
- Assist with the preparation of employment contract, new-hire pack, certification of employment letter, etc.
- Responsible for the on-boarding of new hire and assist exit process and conduct exit interviews for leavers
- Assist to support the HR operations, such as training administration, staff orientation, administration of CPD hours and CACS arrangement
- Employee personnel-file management and ensure information in HRIS is accurate and updated in a timely manner to fully comply with compliance and completeness requirements.
- Ensure documentation and administrative compliance levels are met in accordance with HR policy and local legislative requirements etc
- Manage queries from internal clients and the Human Resources team.
- Other task as assigned by the reporting manager

**Requirements**:

- Possess Degree with at least 3 years experience in HR support
- Confident and independent
- Good organizational and housekeeping administration skillset
- Good communication and follow up skills
