**Mission**:
- Partnering with the Business to provide high quality HR support and HR advice to ensure the Business are able to make sound decisions in managing their human resources in the Bank.**Your role**:
- HR Strategy and Initiatives
- Support implementation of Pictet’s HR Strategies and key initiatives in the Singapore office, based on a good understanding of the situation / needs of Pictet’s local sectors, functions, employees and the marketplace, thereby enhancing the talent attractiveness and business competitiveness of Pictet Singapore.
- Key support to Head of HR for country HR projects and initiatives to be rolled out.
- Consult and advise managers and employees in the Singapore office on all relevant questions concerning both HR and organizational development matters related to employee life cycle activities as well as ad hoc requests to problem solve specific needs as they arise.
- Responsible for supporting and cultivating a highly productive and motivated work environment for the team.
- Recruitment and Onboarding Activities
- Adhere to necessary local regulatory requirements as part of hiring process in relation to Fair Consideration Framework, etc.
- Support all hiring activities for Pictet Singapore
- Key liaison for local Universities in managing Internship and Graduate hiring activities.
- Responsible for supporting and coordinating the Graduate Programme in Singapore.
- Performance Management and Rewards
- Influence and educate managers and employees on performance management approach and tools of the Group and local sections.
- In the context of the year end process, support managers by providing advice and guidance with the changes to the system.
- Support compensation reviews within the matrix structure and support and challenge decisions made by managers to enable a fair outcome for all employees.
- Development and Succession Planning
- Support HR team to ensure employee competencies correspond to the office’s current and future needs.
- Facilitate and drive talent reviews, succession planning across all divisions in Singapore.
- Review and work with head office to introduce effective learning and development initiatives to support in-country leadership and employee development strategies.
- HR Risk and Compliance
- When conducting daily HR activities, review and identify gaps and opportunities to improve process efficiencies and areas where HR can further value-add to the Business.
**Your profile**:
- At least 12 years’ relevant experience in the HR industry with a significant proportion of Recruitment experience in Banking.
- A University degree from a Business school in Business, HR, Psychology or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and internal client interfacing skills.
- High level of initiative, and willing to get into the details to make a difference.
- Strong team-player, hands-on with a resilient and resourceful mindset.
- Strong command of English, Mandarin a plus.
