A talented Human Resources professional is sought to partner with business leaders in implementing HR strategies and driving people-related initiatives aligned with business goals.
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, a proven ability to handle high work volumes, tight deadlines, and fast-changing priorities, as well as an analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
- Manage a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce management, manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and HR policies.
- Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process, selection, and onboarding of employees in line with business needs.
- Workforce Management: Oversee operational HR matters such as manpower budgeting, promotions, analytics, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to audits, HR surveys, and regulatory requirements specific to the banking industry.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement efforts.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Prior HR experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide solutions to complex HR challenges.
