Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

In this dynamic and challenging position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's success. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide sound advice on all strategic people matters to enable business units to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with HR teams to review and enhance HR policies, benefits, programs, and processes
  • Act as a point of contact for HR Senior/Associates on escalated employee matters
  • Provide leadership to HR Senior/Associates under your care to operationalize HR administration and delivery
Requirements
  • Preferably has a valid IHRP-CP certification
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field
  • 6 or more years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent role
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organizational policies, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
