A premier global provider of financial services offering managed solutions, advanced technology, and consulting expertise is presently hiring a KYC/AML AVP to join their growing team in Singapore.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their fast-growing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Services Business, supporting leading financial institutions globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, coach, and mentor a KYC team, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading meetings and managing overall client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure KYC records, screenings, client outreach, and queries are completed by client expectations and service level agreements.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to advise on issue resolution, client reporting, and associated risks.
- Assist in defining procedures, processes, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Competitive package
- Should have at least 5 years of industry experience in KYC/AML roles.
- Demonstrated team management experience in KYC or similar operational business lines.
- Strong understanding of best practices in process building and team development.
- Knowledge of compliance, AML, and investigation functions within the banking industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and clients.
