Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an educational institute as a tutor, full-time staff, or in an administrative role, including Centre Manager responsibilities. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the tuition center, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in managing the overall operations of the tuition center, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and student management.

Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of tutoring staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.

Handle student inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to provide exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives aimed at improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the center.

Assist in monitoring and analyzing student performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Support the implementation of educational programs, curriculum development, and assessment practices to enhance student learning outcomes.

Assist in managing financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Center Manager or management team.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an educational institute as a tutor, full-time staff, or in an administrative role, including Centre Manager responsibilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

Knowledge of educational principles, teaching methodologies, and student management techniques.
