**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Operational Management:

- Work closely with Managing Director and reporting to Board where champion design and implement business strategies and plans.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders (secretariat, board, member, government, vendor) to operationalize on business strategies.
- Establish policies that promote the culture and vision of the association and governance management
- Facilitate board and individual subcommittee meetings with minutes taking and milestone tracking
- Oversee the daily operations of the association which includes finance, administration, management etc

Programme Management:

- Collaborate closely with the stakeholders to develop and execute initiatives where expand membership benefits through corporate collaboration, business matching, joint programme development. local and global partnership
- Oversee project conceptualization, operational excellence and governance management in the area of

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in business management (Leadership, Training, Consulting, Finance, Marketing)
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development and budget management
- Outstanding organizational, leadership abilities, equipped with decision-making and problem-solving skillset
- Demonstrable competency in strategically align marketing and events with overarching client goals
