**Technical Application Support** **L2**:
- Support large scale IT infra environment on 24/7 basis; Ready to work in shifts and standby support
- Identifying and resolving technical issues; support day to day operations
- Attend to incidents and problem resolution within stipulated SLA
- Support SRs and changes; Follow the ITSM process
- Administer and maintain the system; Maintain availability and optimal performance of the systems
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Support and upgrade of software (IIS,.Net Framework, 3rd party monitoring tools, etc)
- Work with the vendor like Microsoft, IBM for upgrades/issues/analysis
**Requirements**:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of IT support and programming experience in Windows Servers, IIS,.Net
Framework,C#,VB, Asp.Net, PowerShell, Javascript
- Experience in monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of IIS,.Net Framework related issues.
- Good understanding of server, Operating systems, network, firewalls, Load balancers, Active
Directory, Database, etc.
- Good knowledge in ITIL
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Shift work is required for this position on 24x7 on rotational basis, including weekends and public holiday.
- Shift 1 - 730am to 5pm
- Shift 2 - 9am to 6:30pm
- Shift 3 - 2pm to 10pm (On standby throughout the night)
- Weekend standby shift (Sat, Sun standby and will be activated/assigned work on a need basis).
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: $5,300.00 per month
