
Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will play an important role in identifying the best-fit talent for the KSL group of companies.
**The key responsibilities include**:
- Supporting the hiring requirements of specific business units and/or functions globally.
- Maintaining close relations with hiring managers. Promptly providing consultative advice to them throughout the hiring process.
- Using proactive sourcing and selection techniques to identify the right talent from the competitive market.
- Maintaining records related to recruitment as required by HR/TA policies and processes.
- Managing recruitment vendors’ performance, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their SLAs.
- Staying updated with industry trends in recruiting practices and processes.

Qualifications: *
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience in both in-house and/or from an agency.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- You are experienced in managing the full cycle of talent acquisition process from sourcing, screening, assessment to managing offers.
- You need to be familiar with compensation metrics and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
- You should have strong problem-solving and data analytical skills, able to leverage data to make critical decisions.
- You should be a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, maturity and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Prior recruitment experience in Maritime/Real Estate industries will be advantageous.
