We are looking for an effective Talent Acquisition professional to bring in best-in-class talent to our growing business. This role is a newly created position within our Talent Acquisition Team (Center of Excellence) and will report directly to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager.

**The Role**
- This role will manage all recruitment strategies for both Executive and Non-Executive hiring for all Business units with the Group Brands.
- You will partner with the business entity on manpower requirements to ensure timely deployment of resources in support of business operations
- You will develop multiple channels to ensure a steady pipeline of manpower resources through active sourcing, and advertisements through different advertisement channels.
- Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies to attract graduates, mid-career workers and talent seeking career transitions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, liaising with managers to take full briefs on requirements and agreed on effective recruitment strategies 

**What We Require From You**
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in HR Operations, focusing on high volume / fast-paced recruitment both executive and non-executive level
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related
- Self-driven and able to work in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per year
