**The Opportunity**
You will be responsible for bringing an innovative and unique device to market, whilst also increasing the market share of existing women’s health products. Responsible for the launch of this new product into hospital labor & delivery departments, you will focus on driving clinical utilization and adoption whilst also ensuring the continued adoption of existing women’s health products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Planning and implementing commercial strategies and activities focused on the successful launch of the new product (as measured by revenue achievement and reorder rate targets) as well as driving product/procedure adoption.
- Conducting consultative sales calls to OB/GYN physicians, hospitals and ancillary staff members.
- Partnering with the broader organization, providing inputs that will assist in the development of a robust and repeatable sales process and identification of account onboarding/development best practices.
- Conducting staff training, including relevant medical practitioners involved in labor and delivery, whilst also overseeing medical education planning during account launches.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Developing relationships with hospital administrative staff, developing and executing corporate contracts where appropriate.
- Partnering closely with cluster marketing teams to develop training and education programs that support broad product utilization and customer education.
- Partnering closely with Clinical Educators (where applicable) to identify and coordinate ongoing customer engagement and staff training activities.
- Maintaining a collaborative relationship with Clinical Educators to achieve territory and organizational account growth and development objectives.
- Implementing targeted call plans and appropriately mobilizing corporate resources where necessary.
- Transferring account knowledge and other requested information to the company on a weekly basis, proactively recognizing and communicating urgent information in a timely manner.
- Managing expense budgets, ensuring compliance with Organon policies and procedures.
- Reporting customer product complaints and adverse events following the corporate Quality Affairs policy, promoting products per labeling and regulatory requirements.
**Position Requirements**:
Your recent professional experience should address the following selection criteria:
- Proven track record in medical device or Women’s Health sales
- Deep knowledge and experience in sales/business development within the healthcare industry including hand-on experience with startup or product launches.
- Experience working with physician customers and hospital-based selling and contracting.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, able to influence and engage diverse audiences
- Working knowledge and understanding of CRM usage.
