We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager with regional exposure to delight targeted consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results.
**A day in the life of...**:
- Regional collaboration: Work in close collaboration with brand board for region to develop robust activity plans in line with the brand essence and accelerate growth
- Product and Brand equity: Manages Palatability and Nutritionally Complete basket (60/40+ basket), packaging, Nutrition Health Wellness(NHW) dashboard, services and Purina Corporate Strategic Value (CSV) related to brand
- Portfolio strategy: Develops and updates consumer portrait, understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers
- I&R and communications: Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for brands
- Execution: Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and Integrated Commercial Plan(ICP) plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact of Product Fixed Marketing Expense(PFME commonly known as A&P) and Total Trade Spend(TTS) investment of brand.
- Communications: Contributes to the development of Operational Business Plans(OBPs) and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted Nutrition Health & Wellness (NHW) leader.
- Marketing Support: Responsible for marketing administrative functions for PRO PLAN and PPVD, manages marketing vendors and marketing projects.
**What will make you successful**:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with 3 to 5 years' experience in marketing or in other function ideally in Sales or equivalent FMCG
- Experienced working in cross functional teams.
- Prior regional/International business experience is a plus,
- Project management skills especially if it relates to the NPD development process.
- Toolkits or Launch playbooks development experience would be beneficial.
