Seeking an experienced **Brand Manager **for our Digital Experience team to manage integrated marketing and promotional campaigns with regional managers and product marketing teams, in support of the **Dornier MedTech **brand growth. At AMTH, we continue to deliver customer centric innovation, bringing the best of product and patient community engagement to the fore with our integrated urology platform. You will be an integral member of the Digital Experience team, strategically supporting the growth of our Dornier MedTech brand, Digital Urology, WPE, and URS+ brands for global impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage integrated marketing and promotional campaigns with regional managers and product marketing teams, in support of the **Dornier MedTech **brand growth
- Plan and execute compelling brand and content strategy (includes: social media, digital branding, content, copy for ad campaigns, product, employer branding and website content)
- Oversee digital platform aspects of marketing in support of AMTH across our digital channels, with the ultimate result being improved digital sales leads
- Effective stakeholder management across global and business teams
- Think strategically to support the digital experience team on AMTH group and subsidiary marketing: AMTH, AMT Nexus: URS +, Digital Urology: Worst Pain Ever - Kidney Stones, Worst Prostate Ever, Find My Uro. This includes but not limited to idea contribution, feedback, cross-pollination of concepts for a cohesive AMTH brand push
- Partner with Global Product Managers and Regional Marketing teams, to develop key marketing messages, social media campaigns, to support product/event campaigns via our digital channels
- Perform strategic competitor brand analysis with a keen understanding of customer needs, effectively leveraging our integrated urology platform assets to deliver an engaging brand experience
- Familiarize with and adhere to the established internal process for regulatory signoff on marketing material that contains product claim information
- Actively contribute to community management of digital urology patient communities
- Leverage Digital Experience team/ freelance expertise to deliver on campaigns across multiple media types - Infographics, video, digital ads and social media posts
- Lead as a senior member of the Digital Experience team, demonstrating leadership qualities, embodying our AMTH values and investing in people development
**Job Requirements**
- Experience level of 6-8 years in brand management, account management
- Minimum of 4 years agency account manager experience
- Excellent communicator and effective team player, with demonstrated stakeholder management skillset
- Balance strategic planning and project management with rolling up your sleeves to deliver on campaigns with the team
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile start-up environment
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Be able to show a portfolio of branding and product campaigns
- Keen interest in MedTech / Digital Health / Urology
- Comfortable working with complex information, such as medical research papers
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and emerging social media platforms
- Ability to work comfortably and collaboratively across cultures in a global organization
**Additional Requirements (good to have)**:
- Copywriting experience
- People management experience
- Experience managing platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Hootsuite, Google, WordPress
