**Project Management Director /Senior Director**

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Director to join our growing team. The project director’s primary role is to lead the technology projects and ensure that all team members work efficiently to deliver project results. By overseeing the project manager’s activities, the project director is responsible for planning and coordinating strategic activities related to the project besides the decision-making process.

The project director serves as a strategic project leader. This is a senior role at our organisation and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. You should have an aptitude for thinking outside the box and enjoy critical thinking, organization, and overall team management.

Key Responsibilities.
- Managing a team of project managers and business analyst (BA) to enable timely execution and delivery of projects and key deliverables.
- Key point person in bridging the clients (internal and external) requirements with the solutioning ( technology team)
- Report project accomplishments to stakeholders and CEO.
- Manage the team in execution project documentation like business requirements (BRD), system requirements, functional design requirements, and human resource requirements.
- Review the project plan and project activities to ensure adherence to the project plan.
- Assessing and confirming the pre-requisites needed to initiate project activities.
- Upon project approval, the project director helps the project manager to design the project plan.
- Direct the project plan, including the milestones, cost, and key deliverables.
- Analyze traceability matrix to ensure that they tie back to project activities.
- Schedule project targets for every team member.
- Monitor the project progress and report to the CEO.
- Guide the project teams to deliver results.
- Follow Up project schedules and prepare necessary documents for training and orientation of team.
- Manage project expectations both internally and externally
- Manage project managers and external stakeholders in the delivery of large client on-boarding for employee benefits portfolio.

Project Director Skills
- Degree holder with the relevant certification in project management
- At least 8 years of experience in project planning or managing role.
- Ability to understand programming and working with developers is an advantage.
- Experience working in an insurance company or healthcare or TPA (third party administrator) is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills ( written and verbal in English)
- Ability to provide leadership to a team.
- Ability to work on tight schedules and deliver within the required time.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments to provide project feedback to various stakeholders.
