Our Global Learning and Technical Support Department turn 2D patterns into 3D garments and problems into solutions. Members of our team have achieved expert user status in our Browzwear suite of tools and are excited to share their passion and technical knowledge with others. Our purpose is to help users onboard into 3D technology and maximize their productivity when it comes to Browzwear 3D product creation.

**We are seeking a 3D Technical Support and Training Specialist to join our team.**

What you will do:
1. Provide Software Expertise
- Develop expert knowledge of all Browzwear software products, inclusive of VStitcher suite, Lotta, Stylezone, DB Admin, FAB, Cloud Services suite, Tech Pack, BWO Viewer.
- Understand construction methodology and best practices of all garment types, having personally constructed garments including basics, activewear, sportswear, intimates, seamless, puffy, complex outerwear, fleece, denim, swimwear and tailored garments.
- Participate in client and internal studio service projects including fabric digitization, 3D garment creation, and custom avatar creation.

2. Training
- Deliver fun and inspiring technical training via web, e-learning or onsite.
- Evaluate and innovate training curriculum with original content and inclusive learning approach upon each software release or as needed.
- Report wishlist and bugs as discovered during training sessions along with proper SOP and systems documentation.
- Follow internal SOP documentation for training documentation, tasks, communication, and asset organization for pre-training through post-training activities.
- Collaborate with Global Learning team on development of e-learning content.

3. Collaboration
- Provide exceptional service and support to our clients, showing up for them with expertise, creativity, patience, and an inspiring attitude.
- Be an active participant in the Global 3D Specialist community, sharing knowledge, asking questions, contributing new ideas, and supporting new team members during onboarding.
- Collaborate with our Product Managers and Developers to share user insights, bugs and feature requests that will influence our products’ future.

**Requirements**:

- Have strong foundational knowledge of apparel creation or design process
- High proficiency in VStitcher
- Attained Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technical Design, 3D Design or related field
- Ability to communicate in professional written and spoken English
- Ability and willingness for frequent travel

Extra Credit:

- Experience with 2D apparel pattern-making software
- Experience with 3D design software and production pipeline
- Experience as a professional trainer
- Relevant customer service experience, understanding issue and relationship management
- Professional command of a 2nd language (particularly Hindi)
