The School of Design at Temasek Polytechnic invites you to be an agent of change in the classroom at Singapore's award-winning Design School
- Mould young minds via inspiring lectures and tutorials, student consultations, supervision of assignments and projects which sit on the intersection of fashion and business.
- Focus on quality of lesson design and delivery through engaging teaching and learning strategies and methods, exploiting wherever possible, technology to promote learning.
- Play an active role in ensuring a curriculum that stays ahead of the curve through careful crafting of curriculum and assessments.
- Actively engage with industry and professional bodies to stay abreast with and be responsive to changing trends in the profession and the educational landscape.
- Be mindful of and address the diverse learning needs of students in class and implement ways to holistically develop the potential of students through a range of interventions.

We are looking for dedicated individuals with unique perspectives who can inspire and engage students, both within the classroom and in fostering the aspirations of future fashion entrepreneurs.
- Well-versed in the business aspects of fashion
- Established track record in fashion management, with a deep understanding of the local and global fashion market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting related to fashion retail.
- Demonstrates knowledge in sustainable fashion practices from sourcing, production methods, to supply chain management.
- Good working knowledge of digital implementation in fashion retail, including e-commerce platforms, marketing strategies, and supply chains.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the local/global fashion industry
- Relevant knowledge of 3D design software for fashion product development will be advantageous.
