**The role**

We’re looking for a passionate fashion designer & merchandiser to join our close-knit team

You’ll play an important role in the company and be responsible for creating stylish apparels our customers will love. You’ll also be in charge of visual merchandising for all our brick-and-mortar stores and stockists.
- Liaise and coordinate with factories on production related matters
- Execute and oversee the entire design and production process - from research and planning, designing, fitting and budgeting to the actual launching phase
- Trend research, sourcing new fabrics and new garment factories
- Lead visual merchandising efforts at our boutique and stockists
- Educate our team of retail associates on new products and styling how-tos
- Work closely with marketing team on creative content; manage storyboarding and video production for digital channels and social media
- Coordinate photoshoots for new product launch
- Any other duties as assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge and experience in drafting (paper or digital patterns)
- Good command of English and Mandarin language
- Able to work independently and is eager to learn
- Prior experience working in the fashion industry is a plus
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or other CAD or design software(s)
- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Overseas factory visits periodically
