**Job Description**:
The Fashion Designer will be in charge of end-to-end design processes (including paper pattern design, sampling etc).
- Design apparel (mainly ladies wear) and têxtiles that are trend-conscious & true to the brand’s identity.
- Conduct trend research and develop apparel collections for each season
- Liaise with factories and offices based in China
- Perform fabric sourcing
- Seek consumer feedback on products
- Any adhoc task as may required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design-related courses
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (preferred)
- Possess a strong technical foundation in apparel construction and keen sensitivity to fashion trends
- Creative flair & excellent eye for trends, details, and colour
- Strong command of the Chinese language to liaise with factory counterparts
- Highly disciplined with excellent work ethics and attitude, organized and meticulous
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team, multi-task, work fast and meet tight deadlinesExperiences with e-commerce (e.g. Shopify) and/or digital marking are advantageous
