**Responsibilities**:

- Designing Fashionable Uniforms: Create unique and visually appealing uniform designs for various industries, including hospitality, healthcare, retail, and more. Incorporate current fashion trends and ensure the designs reflect the brand identity and meet the functional needs of the clients.
- Conducting Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, fabric innovations, and industry developments. Conduct research to understand the specific requirements and preferences of clients and employees to design uniforms that are both stylish and comfortable.
- Sketching and Prototyping: Develop design concepts by sketching ideas and creating detailed prototypes. Collaborate with the team to refine the designs based on feedback and incorporate necessary modifications.
- Material and Color Selection: Choose suitable fabrics, patterns, and colors for the uniforms, considering factors such as durability, comfort, and visual appeal. Experiment with different textures and prints to create unique and eye-catching designs.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure the successful execution of uniform designs. Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source materials and oversee the production process.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in fashion design, with a portfolio showcasing your creative skills and ability to develop unique designs.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate client preferences and changing fashion trends.
