**Our Organisation**:
Textile and Fashion Federation (TaFF) is the official association for the têxtile and fashion industry in Singapore and plays an active role in the development of the industry. Working closely with the Singapore government, TaFF is working to position Singapore as an innovative fashion hub in SEA with focus on Technology & Innovation, Sustainability and Asian Craftsmanship.

TaFF champions programmes that build capabilities, expand Singapore’s fashion and têxtile businesses internationally, and promote environmentally friendly business practices.

TaFF is the operator for Design Orchard Retail Showcase and The Cocoon Space.

**Career Opportunity**:
TaFF is seeking a dynamic team-player with strong appetite to learn and grow, to join its Design Resource Development department which works to increase accessibility and lower barriers to entry to global fashion resources for interested micro
- and small
- enterprises in the local and regional fashion industry.

The department also runs initiatives and content that help businesses gain access to industry knowledge.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Director of Design Resource Development, you will:

- assist and support with resource development, programs, and initiatives;
- outreach and find opportunities for new partners and vendors;
- communicate with external partners and vendors on behalf of department;
- help with collateral design and content creation for the department.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in English and possess impeccable reading, comprehension, and writing skills;
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and operate independently;
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills and extremely organized with strong project management skills;
- Should have experience or strong interest in the fashion and retail industry;
- Must have Microsoft office proficiency (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Graphic design and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator a plus.
- Be a team player with leadership skills;
- Have excellent project management and organizational skills
- Show initiative and be meticulous in work
- Have outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Be able to multitask and act quickly
- Have a positive attitude and embrace challenges in a start-up environment
- Preferably possess knowledge of fashion/design and/or its related industries (not mandatory)
