Singapore STATION SATCOM PTE. LTD. Full time

1. Responsible for supporting the Sales team in fulfilling project management with close follow up and completion of project according to the scheduled timeline.

2. Ensure participation in discussion with customers along with the Sales team to understand the requirements of the project.

3. Responsible for collaborating with internal department and external stakeholders, service partners on project work such as installation and break-fix work, scheduling partner, preparing spare parts, customer configs, activation, drawing/layout, logistic matters, etc.

4. Able to liaise with vendors for the purchase of equipment and other materials.

5. Able to setup and configure the systems to be deployed on the vessels.

6. Responsible for coordinating and support engineers onboard with the assistance from Station Satcom or vendor support team.

7. Responsible for liasoning with Billing, Collection and Payment teams.

8. Responsible for liasioning with Service Partners.

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES**:
1. Preparation of MIS reports as and when needed.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

3. As may be assigned by the management from time to time.
