**Job Responsibilities**:
Do you love video games? We are looking for a business leader who is passionate about gaming to become our next Senior Director for Razer Software.

At Razer, our mission is to revolutionize the way the world games. The Sr. Director for Razer Software would drive our PC gaming strategy by leading teams across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to create software to make a global impact on the games industry.

Work with passionate teams to expand one of the world’s biggest gamer ecosystems with over 170M users. The Razer Ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with video games and digital platforms on both PC and mobile, world-wide. The Senior Director for Razer Software would be responsible for setting the vision for our portfolio of growth software, aimed at expanding our business.
- Drive the strategy for Razer’s portfolio of PC growth software
- Manage and grow existing PC growth software products to meet business KPIs
- Grow the software portfolio by leading explorations with business development, investment, and marketing teams
- Lead and manage teams including product managers, project managers, software engineering, and operations to execute to business goals
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams including marketing, big data, legal, and other Razer hardware and software teams to set priorities for business growth
- Evaluate external business proposals and create business cases for new products with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Steer product roadmaps and content operations to drive for revenue growth
- Manage team budget, forecasts, KPIs, and set team goals for success

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Minimum 12 years of PC B2C software experience, with 8 years leading teams
- BA/BS degree in Business, Software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree highly preferred.
- Experience launching and/or managing PC software products. Mobile products are a plus
- Experience with PC software monetization platforms and distribution platforms
- Proven accountability for revenue growth, new market penetration and associated KPIs
- Strong presentations skills and comfort communicating with C-level executives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing teams in other regions
- Self-starter who has a proven track record of delivering phenomenal products to the market
- Strong, data-driven problem resolution skills, including the ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- A strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on environment
- Passionate about video games
