2. Responsible for analyzing the behavior of game users and providing product optimization suggestions;

4. Undertake the KPI of the game, and lead the team to continuously and effectively promote the achievement of the goal;
5. Responsible for teamwork, possible formation, motivation and other management work, and continuously stimulate the enthusiasm and motivation of team members.

**Requirements**:
1. 5 years or more experience in gaming operations or iGaming operations.

2. A project leader who has led a complete project from 1 to 1 to 100, has rich experience in operations in game/iGaming platforms

3. Excellent data analysis ability, which can provide analysis basis for product optimization iteration;
4. have high market acumen, dare to make breakthroughs and innovate, and be aggressive

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
