About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Game Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Ensuring smooth gameplay experiences for players through daily game operations tasks
  2. Collecting and handling player feedback and complaints, providing valuable insights to inform game operation decisions
  3. Supporting user engagement efforts through community maintenance and user research
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless game operations and high-quality player experiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; prior experience in game operations preferred
  2. Strong analytical skills, ability to generate reports, and work collaboratively in a team
  3. Excellent communication skills and a responsible attitude
  4. Proficiency in English is required; additional language proficiency is advantageous for engaging with a diverse player community
