Job Description:

- Handling E-Commerce Portal - Update and maintain product listings on the e-commerce portal.
- Prepare and pack items for e-commerce and online orders
- Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that invoices comply with company policies and customer agreements.
- Collaborate with the logistic team to coordinate order fulfilment and shipping processes.
- Maintain and update customer information, order details, and inventory levels in the database.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in e-commerce management, customer support, and administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in product management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Diploma in any field.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
