About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team at MJV Enterprises Pte Ltd in the Chinatown Central Region. This is a part-time position at our Jewellery store located at Temple street.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and ushering customers from the street into the store

  • Showing and educating customers on different jewellery pieces to find the perfect one for them to purchase

  • Aiding fellow employees while they are attending to customers

  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

  • Restocking and organising store shelves and inventory

  • Assisting with other general retail duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally within the Jewellery industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of presentation

  • A positive, friendly and helpful attitude, with a genuine interest in providing a great shopping experience for our customers.

  • The ability to work together as a team with others in the company to excel together
