Regional Senior Manager, Mobile Experience Strategy

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business strategies to grow Samsung’s market leadership across the Southeast Asia and Oceania region.
- Development, project management, and execution of global and regional strategies to grow Samsung’s mobile experience business including:

- Ownership and management of global strategic projects in SEAO, coordinating across HQ / RHQ / Country teams to ensure effective execution
- Leading RHQ cross-functional Task Force with ongoing monitoring, management and reporting of key projects and KPIs
- Detailed analysis of multiple data sources (industry, consumer, financial) to identify Southeast Asia & Oceania - specific risks and opportunities
- Ideation and creation of new regional strategic initiatives to grow installed base (retention, acquisition, advocacy) by targeting specific consumer segments
- Regular progress reporting to MX HoD, RHQ CEO and leadership, and HQ MX counterparts Provide regular progress reports to RHQ and HQ leadership

**Requirements**:

- MBA or equivalent degree preferred
- Around 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years in corporate / business strategy and/or strategy consulting
- Extensive project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams across geographies
- Deep experience in market and competitor analysis, and competitive strategy development
- Excellent analytical skills and excel capabilities
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities and collaborative approach
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experienced producing polished reports in powerpoint
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Mobile / electronics industry experience preferred
- Relevant regional experience preferred
