**BAT SINGAPORE IS LOOKING FOR REGIONAL GLOBAL MOBILITY MANAGER**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Senior Manager

**FUNCTION**: Human Resources

**LOCATION: Singapore**

Support end markets in delivering excellence in HR to support international assignments using centralized capabilities/services and globally standardized, best-practice processes

International Assignees (IA) are a significant operating cost to the business; alignment of policy and practice will serve to give BAT a competitive edge around compensation and talent attraction/retention, as well as business sustainability

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Contributes to the design of the Global mobility framework
- Manage the implementation / adoption of the Global mobility framework within a region/ geography including:

- Ensuring proper processes are in place for the day-to-day Global mobility administration and are in line with Global standards
- Monitoring and evaluating all aspects of service delivery
- Managing external vendors
- Benchmarking expatriate benefits across markets and conduct benefits surveys to ensure alignment within BAT and competitive position
- Provide guidance and advisory in accordance with Global Mobility Policy and knowledge of best practices
- Lead the communication of the processes, policies and toolkits with the relevant stakeholder groups.
- Management of exceptions.
- Identify potential cost saving initiatives
- Input to Business Unit employees’ cost planning & budgeting process as required
- Lead / contribute to project activity as required

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Solid rounded technical expertise in reward, particularly managing a global mobility strategy and support model
- Understanding of expatriate tax, relocation and immigration matters and knowledge of global payroll systems
- Commercial orientation
- Proven ability around 3rd party vendor management, contract negotiation, setting and measuring appropriate service level agreements and issues resolution.
- Demonstrates ability to think and act both strategically and operationally
- Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution capabilities
- The ability and confidence to navigate through complexity and ambiguity
- Credibility within the community to engage and influence
- Experience of operating in a highly matrix organization
