We’re looking for a sharp, culturally tuned-in **Senior Executive or Manager**to join our agency team and lead integrated campaigns across social and experiential channels.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

**Lead Social Media Strategy & Execution**
- Craft and implement tailored content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Manage content calendars, campaign rollouts, production shoots, and influencer partnershipsAnalyze data to refine performance and optimize creative direction

**Drive Experiential Campaigns**
- Conceptualize and execute pop-ups, brand activations, influencer experiences, and culturally relevant events
- Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and ops teams to bring bold ideas to lifeOwn project timelines, budgets, logistics, and post-event content amplification

**Client-Facing & Collaborative**
- Be a strategic partner to clients, from brief to execution
- Present ideas, lead brainstorms, and collaborate across teams to develop integrated campaignsStay on top of cultural shifts, social trends, and platform innovation

**What You Bring**
- At least 3 years in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Deep expertise in social media content strategy, storytelling, and platform nuances
- Hands-on experience producing experiential activations/events
- Strong client communication and project management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative
- Multi-brand or multi-industry experience is a big plus
