**SUMMARY OF ROLE**
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be liaising with the customers to endure operations are in good order, and to ensure timely deliveries schedule. You will also be responsible for the full cycle of sales order processing.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You are to ensure day-to-day operations are in good order pertaining to Customers' requirements.
- You will be required to handle full aspect of order fulfilment i.e sales order processing, data entry, generating sales quotations etc.
- You will be responsible for full cycle of sales order processing which include generating PO, DO, INV etc.
- You will be required to liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superior.
**RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
**Minimum requirements**
- Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- You will need to be proficiency in MS Office, and has experience with SAP.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task with high level of initiatives
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to track, follow-up on orders and report on a regular cadence.
