This team will act as presales support for the Sales and Inside Sales in the early stage of the opportunities, as a technical hotline for our partners and will assist with customers technical inquiries as part of the RFP process. This is an exciting opportunity help support the build out of a new function at Nozomi Networks. As a team creation, you'll report to the VP of Worlwide Sales engineering and as a first in the team you'll play a key role in setting the baseline for the success of the team and its future growth. **In this role, you will**:

- Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process.
- Act as a channel technical hotline, assisting with technical request and presales support from our elite partners.
- Support the Sales and Inside Sales team by contributing drafting and reviewing RFPs answers, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience.

**To be successful in this opportunity, you will have**:

- Fluency in English
- Strong technical aptitude, with a good understanding in network technologies and information security
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional support.
- A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong work ethic
