**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Working with and Supervising technicians in carrying out technical and administrative duties.
- Carrying out weekly facilities and property inspections.
- Managing the team of technical officers, technicians, sub-contractors and specialists.
- Manage vendors and contractors to ensure works are done in a timely and safe manner, as well as briefing vendors on toolbox briefings and completion of PTWs.
- Coordination of other matters such as monitoring of progress, installation and testing of equipment, technical personnel training, logistic support, documentation preparation and operation start-up.
- Assisting Facility Manager in the execution of work order and procurement process.
- Submission of service reports.
- Assist Fire Drills and events
- Organize events by Clients and/or Building Management.
Kim Yew Integrated Pte Ltd (Previously known as Kim Yew Electrical & Sanitary Pte Ltd) was established in Year 1985 as a sub-contractor under-taking electrical and plumbing works. Over the years, the company has grown by building on its core strengths. The company was then incorporated in Singapore into a private limited company in year 1996. Since then it has emerged as an established integrated facilities management service provider offering various types of professional services including facilities management, maintenance of building facilities, consultancy services, etc.
The company had also worked with several building contractors for A&A projects at various locations throughout Singapore. Such projects include areas from the commercial, government and institutional sectors. We have strong working relationships with our partners and specialists as we believed in teamwork, cooperation and unity.
We support the green movement and other energy conservation initiatives. We worked in collaboration with ESCOs to improve energy conservation efforts for clients. We are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 18001:2000 certified.
