- Oversee facilities management and maintenance activities of the Lodge;
- Responsible for all preventive maintenance, repairs and inspections for the building, facilities and equipment;
- Manage and supervise outsourced vendors in executing routine preventive and repair maintenance works, including laundry service and in-house meals;
- Establish and drive workplace health, safety and security;
- In-charge of building and facilities related projects including quotations, tender management and approval processes;
