
Facility Executive

The Facility Executive will be aiding the operation with daily operational needs and facility-related issues. The most effective practices should be followed, and you'll make sure that the workplace environment is ideal for the company's workers and their activities. You will be involved in daily activities, particularly those involving buildings and premises as well as administrative issues pertaining to facilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help the operation with its day-to-day requirements for the facilities' scope of work.
- Good technical knowledge on logistics facilities equipment.
- Manage administrative issues pertaining to facilities, such as gathering quotes and submitting work requests for approval.
- Discuss facility and related issues with suppliers and contractors.
- Coordination of A&A and ad-hoc projects.
- Monitoring the quality of the work performed by the contractor, ensuring that it meets the standards.
- Make sure the contractors adhere to all rules and regulations regarding health, safety, and the environment.
- Able to complete the assigned task with minimum supervision.
- Good understanding of local government requirements ( SCDF, JTC, BCA, SPF, NEA, etc).
- Good understanding of TAPA, CTPAT, and ISO
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that the facility manager or supervisor may designate.
**Requirements**:
- Good problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge in facilities management.
- It would be ideal to have previous experience as a fire safety manager, workplace safety supervisor, or green mark facility manager.
- The ability to lead and sustain a productive team atmosphere.
- Able to carry out and keep up a solid performance in tasks assigned by the manager related to housekeeping and facilities management.
