**Job Summary**:
POSITION OVERVIEW
Effective project management is critical to the evolution and success of the EXOS team supporting a large, global client. Specifically, the ability to test, iterate and field new programs, services and technology will be a necessary requirement to guide teams towards a successful delivery of an evolving portfolio of digital and in-person services and experiences. We bring to life EXOS’ boldest ideas and biggest projects. We empower multidisciplinary teams to perform at their best, and we manage all aspects of projects and programs to ensure they are implemented to their fullest potential.
This position reports directly to one of our Project Managers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Project Leader: Effectively plan, coordinate and manage projects (budget, schedule, project plan updates). Monitor and control workstreams as needed and close out projects properly by capturing and archiving lessons learned. Execute administrative duties to ensure timeliness of operations and accurate data collection, and serve as a liaison between the project manager and other key project stakeholders.
- Organizer: Maintains a high degree of organizational skills to execute tasks with direction, in a timely manner, and at a high level of quality. Maintains strong attention to detail as scope and complexity of responsibilities expands, using previous learnings to minimize mistakes.
- Communicator: Effectively tailors both written and verbal communication style and adapts approach for business partners, client liaisons, and EXOS teams to maximize effectiveness; ability to clearly convey complicated concepts & strategies to others.
- Risk Mitigator: Proactively identifies and communicates potential risks and roadblocks making thoughtful decisions and/or escalations amid ambiguous projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Minimum 1-3 years professional experience managing projects, programs, or operations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with project management tools and/or software
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment
