**Responsibilities**:
The Project Coordination Intern works closely with the Global Social Media team and their managers to organize work schedules by tracking content and project deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks. The intern is also required to document project progress and deliver regular communications to ensure teams are in-sync of ongoing work developments.

A full-time role conversion will be considered based on work performance and outcomes.
**Job Description**:

- Assist with day-to-day project organization and deadline tracking to ensure timely delivery. Mainly, the management and coordination of social media content requests across marketing teams on a global level.
- Help maintain an operation dashboard to track project completion and OKR progress.
- Prepare regular team communications /reporting that update on project statuses, including highlighting issues faced, and recording action items to be followed up on.
- Support the development and adherence of operational processes such as content review, project requests, and analytic updates.
- Assist with managing an up-to-date calendar of social content, as well as monitoring social media, news outlets, and other relevant online platforms for relevant industry developments and updates (social media trends, gaming releases).
- Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties where required
- A levels / Diploma / degree holders are welcome
- Commitment period of 6 months or longer would be preferred
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, best practices and engagement techniques
- Organized with project management and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and effective communication materials
- Strong attention to details.
- Must be a gamer.

**Good To Have**:

- Experience in the use of social media and project management software such as Hootsuite, JIRA and Asana.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in PowerBI modelling.
