SAP Labs Singapore has the ambition to expand significantly and become the Embedded Artificial Intelligence Hub for SAP, leveraging on core competencies in the current teams.
**About the Role**
To support our growth ambition in SAP Labs Singapore, we are looking for a highly-motivated individual who demonstrates an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Project Coordinator role is responsible for stakeholder engagement and all internal/external related program/project qualification and preparations, as well as the central owner of all assigned activities and program within SAP Labs MD’s Office. You will act as strategic advisor and coordinate strategic initiatives on behalf of the Managing Director. Equally, you will work closely with the key supporting units to execute internal and external engagements for and on behalf of the Managing Director, aligned with the growth strategy for SAP Labs Singapore. Exceptional communication, creative and strategic thinking, presentation and writing skills with the highest level of integrity and commitment are needed in this position.

**Role and Engagement**
- Be a trusted advisor to the SAP Labs MD
- Vetting, qualifying and prepping internal meetings and external interactions on behalf of the MD, building the agenda and developing meeting content, prioritizing topics, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-ups and raising awareness regarding bottlenecks and/or barriers to execution
- Develop strong working relationships and a collaborative environment with members of the Labs Singapore leadership team, the Asia Pacific Leadership team and the SAP Labs Network Leadership team
- Build a network with relationship with other SAP Executive Offices, including Board Offices
**Ideal Experience**
- Proven work experience in cross functional team management and collaboration
- Proven work experience in strategy, planning, project management, business development, or consulting
- Proven track record in successfully delivering strategic projects for top management
- Extensive experience with software tools and business analysis and developing professional and high-quality presentations and reports
**Key Competencies**
- Fluency in verbal and written English is required, additional competency in Asian language skills are highly desirable
- Ability to out-perform in a fast-paced and dynamic matrix organization, handle large volume of tasks/information and deliver high quality results on time.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills, highly structured yet flexible and adaptable, proactive, creative and solution-oriented
- Be trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Demonstrate a level of maturity and self-confidence in order to interact with high-level executives (internal and external), along with sound judgment and political awareness of sensitive business situations
- Be comfortable dealing with complex organization relationships in a collaborative manner, driving results through personal influence in addition to direct control
- Possesses a general understanding of SAP’s strategy and organization and the technology industry
- Is intellectually curious and a fast learner
**Educational and experience requirements**
- Exceptional Degree (Hons/Distinction preferred) from an established Local University (i.e. NUS, NTU, SMU, SUSS, SUTD)
- 1-3 years of project working experience, with clear outcomes attributed to personal contributions
- Demonstrated organization and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language
- Proficient with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office
- Active participation in university level communities groups or sports representation, ability to demonstrate leadership and teamwork
- Exceptional fresh graduates with an agile mindset and aptitude to learn will also be considered.
