
HR Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the management and be responsible for handling a full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
- Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for successful placements.
- Process employee data, responsible for new hire onboarding and off-boarding, employment documents and updating company policies.
- Must be familiar with MOM Regulations.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Manage, maintain workflow compliance and seek continuous improvement to existing HR and admin workflow.
- Advise managers in HR processes and legislative requirements and processes to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
- Act as the first point of contact within a company for all HR-related inquiries.
- Handle ISO documentation.
- Handle office administration, receipts, stationery, coordination, office maintenance and etc.
- Prepare routine and adhoc reports.
- Perform any other work duties as assigned from time to time
**About You**:
- Minimum Diploma/NITEC with 1-3 years of relevant HR, Recruitment and/or Administration working experience. Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Strong data organization and filing skills
- Meticulous and Attention to detail
- Familiar with Employment Act, and other statutory requirements and legislation in Singapore
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $29,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
