**Role**:
Deputy Head of Transfer Agency Singapore.
**Job Summary**:
The Transfer Agency team supports our clients in traditional Unit Trust funds and ETF funds. The Team also provide client servicing support to Luxembourg SICAV funds.
The incumbent would support the Head of Transfer Agency in managing clients, the Transfer Agency team and the service providers in fulfilling the daily deliverables. This includes managing issues / escalation from the clients or service providers and proactively ensure process are adhere to so that BAU delivery is timely and accurate.
**Primary Duties**:
- Manage the team, client and service provider
- Ensure deliverables are timely and accurate
- Ensure procedures and controls are updated timely
- Ensure process are adhered by the team and providers
**Job Requirements**:
- Team management experience with leadership qualities necessary for leading a small team
- Experience / Knowledge in Transfer Agency process for traditional unit trust / ETF / VCC
- Proactive problem solver and a fast learner
- Independent and team player
- Understand workflows and organize responsibilities and priorities to meet and manage deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Degree holder with relevant experience
- Overall 7-10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Transfer Agency role
- Good working knowledge in using excel formulae and functions
