We are currently looking for a full-time **Talent Acquisition Manager **to join our **Airalo HR** department. Being one of the members of a lean and cross-functional team, you will have an opportunity to impact the overall growth of the organization. As an equal member of our team, you will also have **employee stock options** among other perks as part of your role.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Investigating and determining Airalo’s talent needs
- Developing talent acquisition and hiring plans at a global scale
- Designing, planning, and executing employer branding initiatives
- Helping the Airalo team to become brand ambassadors
- Planning talent referral programs across the company
- Using HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools and platforms
- Creating job posts and distributing them via different channels and agencies
- Performing analysis of talent needs and providing hiring forecasts
- Designing, planning, and executing selection processes including conducting initial interviews and screening calls, administering relevant tests, etc.
- Planning and executing onboarding and training procedures together with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Using various sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Attending virtual, and when required, offline hiring events
- Creating talent acquisition and onboarding OKRs and presenting OKR reports
**Must-haves**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and onboarding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different talent selection and vetting methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.)
- First-hand experience with posting jobs on social media and job platforms and boards
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
- A good understanding of company culture and environment
- A good understanding and reading of personality types and skills assessment
- Ability to work in a multicultural setting with team members from across the world
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in **English**
**Good to have**:
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field
- Strong knowledge of related legal frameworks and research
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role in travel and/or tech industry
