Talent Acquisition Specialist APAC (Japanese speaker)
Contract - 6 month Fixed term Contract
We are looking for an exceptional Recruiter to source and hire top energy, logistics, technology and sales talent across the APAC region. Your role will partner with business leaders to understand their market strategies and develop strong talent pipelines to support these.
In addition to being a key recruiting partner, the role holder will be motivated to deliver and drive continuous improvement against KPIs and have a passion for seeking out new opportunities for the Company to engage with potential talent and further promote its brand.
What You’ll Do
- Focus on the proactive sourcing (e.g. networking, internet research, cold calling, events & conferences) and recruiting of talent across the APAC region
- Project manage recruitment campaigns in line with local employment legislation and company policy and procedures and provide guidance to hiring managers around key considerations and best practice when interviewing.
- Develop relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders and their HR business partners to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
- Increasing awareness of WFS’ employer brand.
- Continually inform the regional recruitment manager on results and workloads for items such as Requisition Status, Open Positions, Agency use, etc.
The Individual
- Minimum of two years TA experience (preferably in-house) preferably across APAC.
- Experience of managing high volume permanent recruitment in a cost effective and compliant manner is essential.
- The ability to speak English and Japanese is essential for the role.
- Korean language skills are also desired
- Strong stakeholder management skills are essential and experience of partnering with business leaders to understand their industry and recruitment challenges and opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills are essential bringing a data driven approach to recruitment problem solving and experience of reporting regularly on performance against KPIS.
- Experience of and passion around social media, internet research, and employment branding is essential.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite are essential, particularly MS Excel
