
Accounts Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- To track and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- To prepare and perform daily cash flow and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Collating of expenses for payment.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Update AR/AP Aged listing.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Filing and other admin duties.
**Requirements**:
- Nitec / Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant studies.
- At least 1-3 years working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
